Francesca Morrison
Francesca Morrison is originally from London, UK, but now lives in Vancouver, BC, with her three kids, husband, and dog. She has never taken an official ballet lesson but is a great believer in dancing whenever possible. Granny Does Ballet is her debut picture book.

Jennica Lounsbury
Jennica Lounsbury was born in Montreal and lives in Hamilton, Ontario, with her very nice family. She studied animation in college and worked as a medical illustrator and animator prior to becoming a picture book artist. She likes to read and draw and think up fun ideas and draw the fun ideas she thinks and reads about. She believes that books are magic and is honored to help create that magic using art.
Over the past few years, she has worked with lots of different people on lots of amazing picture books, including Kids Can Press, Tundra Books, and Orca Book Publishers in Canada, Little Tiger Press in the UK, and Beaming Books and Cottage Door Press in the USA.
